Happy New Year!! I plan on being a big loser in 2013!!
So it is the start of the new year and a new sense of motivation.
We have moved back to the States and are on the path to get a job, got an interview Monday. With that I can map out my schedule.
The plan is to get up early to workout (P90X) and run at night or after work. Also, I have this clean eating book, my cousin gave me to read.
My husband is supposed to be joining me on this ultimate weight loss journey. I'm laughing to myself as I know he is weak. Now that we are back, all his fast food places are right there.
But for today, I have given up soda and cigarettes.
No workout, as I am sure that I would die after last nights festivities.
But I will run tomorrow, don't know for how long. Going to be using the Couch to 5K program from before.
