Challenge 4: P90X (to be started 10/8/12)
High intensity 1 hour workout that incorporates cardio and strength training.
There are 3 challenges: Classic, Doubles, Lean
I am doing the Lean, which doesn't add muscle, just leans you out. Great for weight loss.
It takes a total of 90 days and there in equipment involved (pull up bar, weights, and yoga blocks)

Challenge 3: 5K run (to be run on 10/27/12)
Running the Bupa Great South Run 5K.
This will be my first marathon that I have ever run in, but hopefully not my last.
Since I can run 30 minutes now, thanks to my Ease into 5K app, I am just keeping that up.

Challenge 2: Ease into 5K (9/13/12)
I got the app from Bluefin for the Iphone. It was really helpful and made progression easy. It only takes 8 weeks. And you can add the GPS feature to the app if you want.

Challenge 1: Insanity (3/17/12)
"you perform long bursts on max intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals. The result is that you burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour and get an insane body in just 60 days"
The nice thing about this is that you don't need any equipment, just some room to workout and a mat. It is great for increasing your cardio endurance.
