Starting to enjoy running...is that possible?

So I tried to do the Shakeology fast, but I get really cranky and moody when I'm hungry and can't eat. So my husband and I decided that it just wasn't working. It's really hard watching someone eat when you can't. It doesn't help that I've been watching the Food Network. I was so close to eating my TV. Those channels are going to have to be blocked, it's like food porno.


Just ran my first 25 minute run. It was actually a 20 minute run, 3 minute walk, and 5 minute run. Though my next run is 26 minutes straight. This is a big thing for me since I used to hate running, but since I started running distances and times that I have never run before, I've started to almost like running. But I seem to be only able to run with my husband or another person who is better than me. It keeps me going. Makes me accountable to someone else. If left on my own I would probably quit as soon as I started to get tired, so the first 5 minutes. I probably need to start running on my own during the day. Yeah, we will have to see how that goes.....
