I just finished my running program, Couch to 5K (3.1 miles) So I'm finally able to run a full 30 minutes.
Even though I have only done it once.
I am determined to do it again.
I have already downloaded Bridge to 10K (6.2 miles)
But there is no way that I'm ready for that yet.
I have just signed up for a 5K, so we will see how that goes.

I'm actually pretty excited
The last time I signed up to run a marathon I quit without even trying and had a friend run for me. He did really well.

Seeing this made me want to run. That awesome! Congrats! I got up to being able to jog for 20 minutes straight. I never got up to the point where I could run. I could sprint and only for 30 seconds which felt like 5 minutes @_@
I am going to have to check out that page. I love that you set up these little challenges. I do that too. Although I tend to do them with friends or social buddies but most people tend to fall off and I am in the challenge all alone by the end.
