Been busy catching up on my school work, lots of papers to write for my research class. I want to get all my papers done, total of 3, before I leave for my European vacation! Also, my husband has been ill lately. I don't know what it is about men when they are sick, they turn into babies. Suddenly can't take care of themselves.
Anyway, one of our close friends from the States is on his way over the big blue ocean to come explore Europe with us for almost 3 weeks. We are off to visit Ireland first, back to London, off to southern Germany, Prague, Poland, northern Germany, Amsterdam, and finally back home!! It will be a long trip with not a lot of opportunity to get a good workout in, but I am bringing my running shoes with me. As I'm not an adventurous eater, I don't think that I'll have a hard time with food. At least I hope not. I also downloaded FitnessPal and Blogger onto the Ipad, so hopefully I'll be able to keep in touch and get inspiration, motivation, and encouragement.I just hope that this muscle I pulled during today's run is healed by the time we leave. It was a bit painful before the run, but I wanted to try anyway. Needed to run off last nights dinner. DAMN YOU PIZZA HUT! I only got about a 20 min run in before I had to quit. I'm going to take some time off from running and lift some weights at home, to tone the arms, while I'm resting my hip.
Hope everyone is doing well. Resisting temptation better than I am.

Sorry I am late responding here. My head was killing me yesterday and some of today. Gonna go to be early.
I think it is cool you have your guy friend coming to visit. I would not mind going to Europe. Maybe one day.
I am thinking about getting an ipad. Seems perfect for traveling or on the go. May not need that at all once I update my crappy phone.

I am Rayya btw :) You are right men suddenly become unable to do anything (not that they do much anyway) and act like the world is ending and that they need babying and petting.. Good luck with that!
